These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DocuDome's products at docudome.studio — including the Welcome Guide app, Invite Studio, Printable Studio, and related tools (together, the "Service") — operated by DocuDome ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DocuDome lets hosts create digital welcome guides, event invitations, and printable documents, and share them via a link. Depending on the feature, guests you share a link with may respond to an invitation (RSVP), upload photos to a shared album, or post to a message wall. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
To create guides you must sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email or sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Some features are paid. Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and, for customers in jurisdictions where the law requires it (such as the EU/UK), are inclusive of any applicable VAT or sales tax. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card details.
EU/UK consumers — right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Because our paid features are digital content/services supplied immediately, by asking us to publish or activate a paid item right away you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once that item is fully delivered (for example, once your invitation is published). Where performance has only partly occurred, your statutory rights are unaffected.
You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you — including serving your guide or invitation to guests you share the link with. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you include.
Photos and uploaded media. Some features let you and your guests upload photos and other media — for example, an invitation's hero image or a shared guest photo album. If you upload anything, you confirm that you own it or have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to use and share it, and that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other right of any person or entity anywhere in the world, and is not unlawful, harmful, or offensive. You are solely responsible for the media you upload and, where a feature lets you collect media from others (such as a guest album or message wall you enable), for the media your guests upload. We do not pre-screen uploaded media and are not responsible or liable for user-uploaded content. We may remove any content at any time and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of content you or your guests upload or share.

If you enable a guest message wall, you are the moderator of your event and are responsible for the content it collects. By default the wall is off, opt-in, and set to require your approval before messages appear, and it is disabled for children's occasions.
Published guide and invitation links are accessible to anyone who has them. You are responsible for what you include and with whom you share it, including any access codes, addresses, or sensitive details. We recommend rotating sensitive codes between guests. We are not responsible for information you choose to publish.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, email docudome@pm.me with: the work concerned, the link to the material, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review and remove infringing material where appropriate and may disable repeat infringers.
The Service relies on third-party providers (such as authentication, hosting, database, payment, and analytics services). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you as a consumer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocuDome will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your guides or invitations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Hungary have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
