Terms of Service

Last updated: June 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Welcome Guide App at docudome.studio (the "Service"), operated by DocuDome ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

DocuDome lets hosts create digital welcome guides for their guests and share them via a link. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

To create guides you must sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email or sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to your guides. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you — including serving your guide to guests you share the link with. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you include.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Guide links and accuracy

Guide links are accessible to anyone who has them. You are responsible for what you include and with whom you share it, including any access codes or sensitive details. We recommend rotating sensitive codes between guests. We are not responsible for information you choose to publish in a guide.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as authentication, hosting, and database services). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

7. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocuDome will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your guides at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DocuDome operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Update this section with your specific governing jurisdiction.)
